I. Online Services
Since our services are conducted online and are spiritual, energetic, and personalized in nature, we cannot offer refunds once the consultation or service has been completed. This includes all sessions and services offered at Consciencia Evolutiva.
II. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded or rescheduled, as our time and preparation are important to provide you with the best service.
III. Refunds in case of technical failures
In the event that a technical failure occurs during a consultation (for example, connection problems or difficulties accessing the video call platform), we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. If we are unable to continue with the session due to technical reasons on our part, we will offer you a new appointment at no additional cost.
IV. Exceptions
If you have any concerns or experiences that were not satisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of your inquiry to discuss your situation. We strive to provide you with quality service and are open to resolving any misunderstandings or issues that may arise.
